Huh?
I got this message from my covert account.
It’s weirding me out.
*sorry, pic is tiny. It says it was sent from restlessbutterfly from Shimmerbodycream1 and it asks if I want to be a troll and includes a screen cap from Summer’s site*
Am I missing something or does it really not make sense for someone to message this screencap around that’s nearly 2 years old? The title of the email was “Troll Recruitment.”

why isn’t anyone asking the big question – how did someone get all our email addresses? i have always kept mine private. the only people to see it is the xanga team which means xanga has been hacked and not just your email info exposed.
@Composing_Life - There is an option up at the top where the Rec button is that says “email” and when you click it you can just type in the username and an email will be sent to whatever is on file for that username. I don’t know if that is what happened but I’m guessing that is more likely to be the case than our personal emails being compromised. Just a guess though, I could be wrong.
@thegunslingergirl - That’s most likey how they did it. I got the message too. Shimmerbodycream1 is a troll site. I kinda hope I get recruited. I wanna be a mole in this troll operation. A Mole-Troll!
I didn’t get the message. But… it sounds like someone is trying to cause some trouble. Really old trouble.
I got this, too. While I’m honored to be included, I’m confused as to why someone is sending screencaps of a post that old. You’d think if someone wanted to stir up trouble they’d at least stir up recent trouble.
If anyone feels left out they can have my e-mail that is just like that one, I have other stuff to do.

Just someone trying to stir the Xanga drama pot. And since I couldn’t give a single shit about it, I just ignored it.

I got one too in my email and I asked Shimmer and sent her a copy and she knows nothing about it so someone is trying to make trouble for her. Restlessbutterfly is on friends lock and I have not seen her on Xanga for a long time and from what I know if her I do not think she would do this, but may be wrong.
Weird stuff going on here on Xanga and sounds like some moron is bored and wants to stir up crap.
